Weishaupt Design Group is a North American-based furniture retailer, manufacturer, and distributor engaged in both residential and contract markets, offering classic-contemporary designs with timeless style and enduring quality.

We are currently seeking a full-time Web Content Coordinator to support all brands under Weishaupt Design Group.

**Position Description**:
The Web Content Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing team with the daily maintenance of the various Weishaupt Design Group websites by ensuring that they are current and accurate. The applicant must have strong attention to detail and experience with data entry. Primary responsibilities include uploading and updating web pages, data-entry, website merchandising, and supporting the marketing team with miscellaneous tasks and creative projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review and upload web content, products, pricing, images, etc.
- Create new product pages, including building out product options and variants
- Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports
- Review vendor price lists to conduct changes to existing products
- Organize assets including file renaming and filing for internal use
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing
- Maintain and routinely merchandise the website according to web standards
- Keep track of all questions and discuss all website issues with the web manager, web developer and/or various vendors

**Competencies**
- Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel & Google Suite
- Data entry experience

**Requirements**:

- Completed undergraduate degree or diploma, or minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or operations
- Knowledge of MailChimp, Hubspot (an asset)
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
- Knowledge of Contentful or similar CMS
- French, German, Mandarin, or other second language an asset
