Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Media)

  • 1-2 years of web content management experience within Contentful or similar CMS platforms (i.e., Adobe AEM, or Opentext WEM)

  • Proficiency with Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia.

  • Eager to learn and deliver for the team.

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Basic graphic design and SEO knowledge

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

  • Bilingual – English and French

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Junior Web Content Publisher with hands-on experience in content publishing and content management using Contentful or related CMS tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Business-as-usual (BAU) digital web publishing and maintaining web content, managing digital assets, and optimizing site search functionalities for a big bank in Canada and their Global Asset Management websites. The current team utilizes tools like Bynder and Algolia so this is a plus. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


• Publish and manage web content using Contentful.


• Organize and maintain digital assets in Bynder.


• Optimize website search functionalities with Algolia.


• Collaborate with design, marketing, product and development teams.


• Ensure content meets quality, accessibility and brand standards.


• Conduct site audits and address content issues.


• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
