Customer Service/inside Sales Representative

**RESPONIBILITIES**:

- Enters orders into company ERP software in compliance with company procedures.
- Reviews customer purchase orders for errors or omissions before entry and schedules shipments.
- Responds to customer requests for price quotations in compliance with company pricing policies and refers all requests that may require special pricing considerations to the Sales Manager or Controller for approval.
- Answer incoming calls from the main phone line.
- Where applicable, maintain customer information and notes in ERP system.
- Processes customer complaints and product feedback.
- Actively participates in team problem solving, process and product improvement, and decision-making.
- Attend and participate in all product training sessions.
- Assist Service Department as necessary with customer returns.
- Complete special assignments as requested by management.
- Comply and assist in pursuit of continuous improvement.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 37.5 per week
