We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our Thunder Bay branch as an **Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative**.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and product knowledge
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Create, follow up on, and revise customer quotes
- Accurately process orders for in-store pickup or shipping
- Proactively notify customers about order status and follow up on pending requests
- Maintain and replenish product displays and stock shelves
- Support inventory management, including cycle counts and organization
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer expectations and sales targets
- Process purchase orders (P.O.) accurately and efficiently
- Conduct respiratory fit testing as needed (training provided)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Order processing and inventory control knowledge
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in fit testing or willingness to be trained

Pay: $36,887.67-$57,550.13 per year
