**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a creative and strategic-minded Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer engagement. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and driving our social media growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand's objectives, target audience, and industry best practices.
- Research, identify, and understand our target audience to create engaging content that resonates with them.
- Plan, create, and schedule compelling social media content, including images, videos, and written copy.
- Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and timely responses to user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new features to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Engage with social media followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and track competitor activity and industry trends to identify potential areas for improvement or new opportunities.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or luxury industry.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and measure campaign success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Strong understanding of target audience segmentation, market trends, and consumer behavior in the digital landscape.
- Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
