**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage the team of massage therapists, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling. We use Jane App
- Maintain a welcoming environment for clients by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the spa.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in team management within the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in cash handling and financial management is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team development.
- Ability to sell services and promote spa offerings enthusiastically.
- A passion for wellness, beauty, and customer service excellence.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
