We are seeking a qualified Assistant Sales Manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal assistant sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, client and staff relationship building, and closing deals.

We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise and motivate our Sherwood Park team to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

**Purpose**:
The primary responsibility of the Assistant Sales Manager is to organize, direct and oversee sales initiatives, administration of staff and the efficient daily operations of the location. This position is accountable for assisting to maximize location profitability, sales growth and customer service

**Accountabilities**:

- Drive profitability by establishing, monitoring and achieving business objectives and location targets and KPI’s.
- Responsible for developing and growing the client base by retaining existing clients and securing new clients.
- Optimizing schedules of providers on a daily basis, which includes customer care, follow-ups and ensuring schedules are performing at a minimum of 80% productivity.
- Sales Data & Reporting on a daily basis to work towards the strategy goals.
- Working with the Location Manager & General Manager on sales initiatives and targets.
- Participate in the development of the annual operating budget.
- Assist Managing location finances including budgets, forecasts, sales activity and overall profitability.
- Oversee daily sales balance by investigating and correcting variances, processing bank deposits and ensuring that the back-up is filed appropriately.
- Actively monitor client concerns, feedback and survey responses and take the necessary action to ensure high client satisfaction and the delivery of quality services.

- Advocates for and influences others to embrace change by guiding location employees towards successful implementation of change initiatives
- Provides and models superior customer service by understanding the client’s needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
