New Patient Coordinator

**Job description**
True Balance Medical Spa is in search of a dedicated, results-driven _Patient Care Coordinator_ to join our Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy department on a full-time basis. **Please note the hours / shifts that are required with this position: 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm on weekdays, 10am-4pm on weekends.**
As part of our team, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience collaborating with our seasoned BHRT professionals and esteemed physicians, including Dr. Ron Brown, a practicing gynecologist certified by the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine. Our program, with over 50 years of cumulative experience, has successfully treated thousands of patients annually across our three locations. Join us in the groundbreaking field that enhances the quality of life for individuals experiencing a wide range of hormone-related symptoms, such as mood swings, hot flashes, fatigue, insomnia, low libido, and more.
**About the Role**:
- Educate potential clients about bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) options.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and physician recommendations.
- Provide pricing and package information to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture client relationships.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for BHRT treatments and consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest BHRT advancements and industry trends.
- Meet/exceed targets and goals.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as documentation and billing.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Address client questions and concerns effectively and professionally.
- Uphold ethical and legal standards in promoting BHRT services.

**Requirements**:
- Customer Service is at the forefront of everything we do. Your customer service skills should be exceptional, with an eagerness to go above and beyond to make our guests feel special.
- Experience in Sales is an asset - being able to confidently provide information on our services to inbound leads and clients is a must.
- Detail Orientated: our clients expect accuracy when it comes to their appointments; applicants with a strong eye for detail are considered an asset.
- Ability to work evenings / weekends
