- The Family Psychology Centre (FPC) is a full-service family mental health clinic, clinical teaching program, and clinical research institute. Client care is provided by a team of psychologists, clinical social workers, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, and child psychiatrists. See the team at familypsychology.org._
As we expand our support services for a growing clinical team, we currently have one position open for a full-time Clinic Administrative Assistant. Duties include interaction with patients and families, registering new patients, scheduling clinical appointments, processing payments, and generally supporting the clinical and management teams. The full-time position is intended to be a permanent one, with potential for promotion through the organization to leadership positions in Clinic Coordinator, Assistant Manager, and Clinic Manager. **Applicants should be interested in a full-time, permanent position. This position is not suitable for individuals planning to return to school in order to train as a therapist, counsellor, or psychologist.**

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
