JANA’s Integration Specialist is responsible for supporting JANA’s clients through the integration of JANAs solutions into their IT environments. Working with clients to configure ESRI GIS servers and set up the installation and integration of JANA’s products within client GIS environments, troubleshooting and providing support as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with clients IT departments to ensure servers are configured properly for software installation
- Installs, tests, and troubleshoots JANA’s Lantern Software on-premises at client sites
- Utilizes APIs and SDKs to integrate JANA’s products to GIS, Work Management, or other systems
- Serves as front line support to respond to and triage production tickets raised by clients
- Provides updates/upgrades, applies patches and addresses issues involved during these tasks
- Occasional evenings and weekends support required to deploy fixes during client off-hours
- Ensures Service Level Agreements to clients and stakeholders are met, understanding client and JANA responsibilities
- Interacts with Development, Quality Assurance and Product Management at JANA, to escalate and resolve customer issues and improve the client experience
- Support implementation process by providing expertise to meet client’s IT inquiries and requirements
- Improves software deployment process through introduction of best practices and standards
- Writing, adjusting, and debugging ArcPy scripts

Technical Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years proven work experience in system integration and production support
- 3+ years experience administering and integrating ESRI ArcGIS Server Environments
- Experience writing Python scripts for the purpose of automation within ESRI environments (i.e. ArcPy)
- Experience administering and configuring IIS on Windows Server Environments
- Strong ability to communicate both in written and verbal forms
- Acute attention to detail and able to both analyse and solve problems

Desired Technical Qualifications
- Experience with load and performance testing
