**Compensation**:$115,000-$130,000, 6 weeks vacation, comprehensive benefits

Living Sky School Division is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to lead key staffing and employee services across our schools. **What You’ll Do**:

- Lead division-wide school staffing and workforce planning, ensuring resources align with school and student needs.
- Work closely with CUPE and the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation to administer agreements and maintain respectful, solution-focused relationships.
- Ensure fair, respectful processes for employee investigations, performance concerns, and attendance support.
- Provide leadership in mitigating legal and organizational risk, ensuring practices protect the Board from liability and meet all legislative requirements.
- Design and oversee systems for recruitment, onboarding, professional growth, and employee well-being.
- Manage division compliance with occupational health and safety, privacy legislation, and emergency preparedness.
- Advise and support school and division leaders on a range of HR matters with clarity, consistency, and care.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Human Resources, Education, or Business; a CPHR designation or willingness to obtain it is considered an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources leadership, preferably in unionized or public-sector settings.
- Demonstrated understanding of occupational health and safety, privacy legislation, and labour relations.
- Proven ability to support organizational systems while maintaining a people-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
