Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and preparing employment offers.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Coordinate employee orientation and training programs.
- Administer benefits enrollment and manage employee benefits information.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and maintaining documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
