Snow Plow Driver

Pioneer Construction is looking for loyal and hard-working professional drivers with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill several positions of Snowplow Truck Driver in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. These are full-time seasonal positions with the potential for year-round employment. The position comes with competitive wages, a pension, and a benefits package.
**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Operate company equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, including greasing and cleaning.
- Record vehicle information accurately and legibly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:
- A valid Class DZ license is a must.
- Experience driving a plow truck is an asset.
- AZ license is an asset.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- The ability to operate a plow truck and experience in winter works operations is an asset however training will be provided as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisor, and management on site.
- Good physical condition with the capability of repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in inclement weather.
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes as dictated by the needs of our customers.
- Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, and Human Resources policies.
