**About us**:

We're now looking to grow our team with a motivated and skilled Snow Removal Equipment Operator who can help us continue delivering high-quality work across a range of projects in snow removal.

As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator at Futurescape, you’ll be part of a supportive, hands-on team that values hard work, attention to detail, customer service and pride in a job well done. Your skills will help ensure our high standards are met ,safely and efficiently.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Operate large construction equipment, including but limited to, backhoes, loaders, mini-excavators, other small equipment.
- Support snow removal operations in the winter using appropriate equipment (e.g. loaders, plows).
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
- Follow all health & safety procedures, report any hazards, and ensure compliance with OHSA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing site needs, weather, and project priorities.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Skilled operator with hands-on experience using large equipment.
- Strong knowledge of job site safety practices and a commitment to working safely.
- Physically fit, with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
