**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide customer service to potential tenants.
- Conduct property tours and answer questions about the property and surrounding area.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for properties.

Assist clients in identifying suitable rental properties based on their preferences and requirements.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about available rentals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Handle incoming phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with outside sales teams to promote rental listings effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and additional languages if bilingual or multilingual.

**Job Type**: comission base

**Skills**
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the local market trends in real estate rentals.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus.
- Ability to maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective client interactions.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including the use of Microsoft Word for documentation purposes.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $34,394.82-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- On call
