Reporting to the Director of Residential Services, the role of the sought-after person is to rent available units, ensure the retention of our residential tenants, and maintain a sense of belonging within the residential rental community in order to to retain them, to support the implementation of monthly activities and marketing efforts.
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Approach new potential customers/markets/partnerships
- Complete required rental documentation, including credit check forms
- Follow up with prospects
- Implement an action plan on apartment rental
- Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, if necessary
- Participate in marketing activities and maintaining social media
- Production of reports to predict display needs
- Respond to various customer requests and communicate with the various stakeholders involved as needed
- Stay on top of the rental market in the Montreal region, keep an up-to-date analysis of the competition
**Administration**:
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bilingualism both orally and in writing
- Be a good team player
- Have a good sense of interpersonal communication
- Have flexibility in work schedule
- Knowledge of the field of property management
- Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
- A good working knowledge of sales techniques
