**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively initiate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly obstetricians, midwives, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Persuasively communicate the unique value and benefits of cord blood banking to healthcare providers to secure patient referrals.
- Strategically negotiate and establish hospital partnerships, positioning our company as the preferred provider over competitors.
- Employ high EQ to navigate challenging situations, build goodwill, and maintain robust stakeholder relations.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and lobbying efforts up to government levels to facilitate support for partnerships and collaborations.
- Create, manage, or contribute to PR and media content, including social media videos, to leverage public opinion and influence policymakers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in fluent English (written and verbal).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in healthcare, biomedical sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related fields.
- Previous experience in healthcare-related lobbying, government relations, or hospital partnerships.
- Existing network and understanding of Ontario’s healthcare landscape.
- Experience creating or managing public-facing media content.
