**Overview**
The Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting our organization with the community, fostering relationships, and promoting our mission. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about outreach and education. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies, managing projects, and supervising volunteers or team members to ensure effective community engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute outreach programs that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to educate the community about our initiatives and services.
- Recruit volunteers and team members for outreach activities and events.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Market programs through various channels to increase visibility and participation.
- Supervise outreach staff and volunteers, providing leadership and guidance throughout projects.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance outreach efforts and build strong relationships.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in public speaking, with strong communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to educate diverse audiences about program initiatives effectively.
- Experience in recruiting volunteers or team members for various projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Proficient in data collection methods and analysis to inform outreach strategies.
- Experience in marketing or promoting programs within the community is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
