**Position Overview**
We’re seeking a warm, organized Myopia Management Coordinator who must love working with children. You’ll guide families through our program, assist with clinical care, and keep treatments on track. The role blends education, patient support, and organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome families and explain myopia and treatment options in clear, friendly language
- Assist with specialty contact lens fittings, training, and follow-ups
- Track treatment progress and coordinate appointments
- Manage specialty lens and glasses orders
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Handle program billing and payment plans
- Participate in outreach and education about myopia management

**Requirements**:

- Must love working with children and families
- Healthcare or optical experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and learning new skills
- Warm, approachable, and eager to grow professionally
