**We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager - Real Estate Division**:

- Location: Kanata, ON | Full-time | In-office_

MetroCity Property Group, one of Canada’s elite real estate teams, is on the hunt for a **Marketing Manager** who is both creative and sales-driven. This role is ideal for someone who can build compelling campaigns, manage multiple digital platforms, and deliver measurable growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Run and manage high-performing **Meta and Google Ads** campaigns
- Build and optimize **landing pages** and digital funnels that generate quality leads
- Produce **short-form video content** (reels, shorts, etc.) that drives engagement
- Manage and analyze marketing performance using **Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM tools**:

- Handle **community engagement**, respond to inquiries, and seek marketing opportunities online
- Collaborate with leadership and sales to align marketing strategy with business objectives
- Track KPIs and continuously **refine strategies to drive sales and agent recruitment**

You Bring:

- **3+ years** of experience in digital marketing, content design, and campaign execution (real estate experience is a bonus)
- Advanced skills in **Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms**:

- Proficiency in **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite**, and **Photoshop** is a strong asset
- Proven ability to design **high-quality brochures, ads, and digital assets**:

- Strong copywriting, branding, and video editing experience (reels, social content)
- Highly organized and responsive—able to manage multiple projects and pivot quickly
- **Owns a vehicle** and is able to work from the office in Kanata
- **A portfolio of work is required** to be considered (ads, landing pages, video, brochures, or social campaigns)

Compensation:

- **Base salary: $70,000 annually**:

- **Bonus structure tied to measurable sales growth and lead generation**:

- Full-time, **in-office** role with team support, leadership access, and systems to plug into
