You will be the first step in our clients and patients’ journeys and therefore the entry point to the business When you lead the patients on their way to success, then the business is successful
Do you develop deep and meaningful rapport with clients, customers and patients, and communicate effectively? This means having great listening skills and problem solving skills. What will be asked of you:
- Commit to your onboarding so you can get up to speed much quicker
- Engage with the metrics on how you are doing and what areas of the role you need help with
- Participate in training on how to offer a great patient experience on the phone
- Learn software that helps us run the clinic, schedule patients, invoice, collect payments, etc
- Enjoy helping people, even if the environment can be fast paced at times
Required Experience/Skills
- Prior Sales work in retail e.g Zara, The Bay, Aldo, etc with documented success rate.
- Superior communication skills (Verbal and Written in English) and interpersonal relations
- Problem
- solving (Ability to make right decisions to unexpected situations)
- Fast Learner and hard working (must be DETAILED oriented)
- Operate point of sale transaction terminal for accepting cash, credit and debit payments.
- Computer proficiency in electronic medical records, schedules and other basic office support software.
- Use automated systems to access, enter, and edit patient information.
- Must be good with reactivating patients (over the phone).
- Organization of the clinic/space.
- Inbound or outbound phone experience
Preferred but NOT required:
- Previous experience with EMR systems
- Experienced in Physiotherapy/Chiropractic clinic set up
- Product knowledge: Orthotics, compression stockings, bracing.
- Transportation to float between clinics
- Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, acupuncture
- Familiarity with Blue Cross, Medavie, Telus Portal, Provider Connect, Nexgenrx billing systems
- Additional languages an asset.
- Knowledge of general office procedures
Saturday Availability a MUST
Location: PICKERING
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
