Our mission is to help people live pain‑free and stay active. To support that work, we're hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for our clinic.
About the Patient Care Coordinator role:
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and are the first point of contact for our clients. You'll make a meaningful impact every day by welcoming patients, managing appointment flow and documentation, and supporting our clinical team as they care for clients.
Responsibilities
· Deliver excellent customer service and support clients in a friendly, professional manner
· Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
· Respond to inquiries and handle client requests
· Support product sales, merchandising, and inventory management
· Complete paperwork and ensure all documentation is up to date
· Monitor inventory levels and place stock orders as needed
· Assist with basic lab production tasks
· Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly

· Enjoys working with customers; friendly and approachable
· Strong communication abilities, with excellent English verbal and written skills
· Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
· Consistently completes work on time
· Organized, tidy, and detail‑oriented
· Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Experience and Skill Requirements
· High school diploma required (post‑secondary education is an asset)
· 1–2 years of office administration or retail sales experience
· Strong typing skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email)
· Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are considered assets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
