**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of receptionists and support staff to meet and exceed goals.

**Patient Engagement**:

- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for patients from their first inquiry to the conclusion of their treatment.

**Product Sales & Growth**:

- Support clinical staff in identifying opportunities to educate patients on products and services that enhance their care.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience and streamline service delivery.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Leverage training in sales and marketing to drive business growth and patient acquisition.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

**Training & Development**:

- Train staff on best practices for patient interaction and service excellence.

**Data-Driven Insights**:

- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics, analyze trends, and use data to drive improvements.

**Complaint Resolution**:

- Manage and resolve patient complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team mentoring and coaching.
- Sales and marketing expertise, particularly in driving business growth.
- Background in physiotherapy or chiropractic clinics is **required**.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with patient management software and data analysis tools is an asset.
- Experience with social media and strong negotiation skills.
- Must have a vehicle and be able to travel between locations as needed (Scarborough/Pickering).

**Work Schedule**:

- **Monday - Friday**: As needed
- **Saturday**: As needed
- **Hours**: 35-40 per week

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
