**Job Overview**

The clinic currently has 4 full time physicians open 6 days per week. Experience with Medaccess EMR (Telus) is preferred. Experience with Oscar EMR is an asset.

**Duties**
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems (Medaccess and Oscar) is used in the office)
- Assist in the preparation of medical charts and documentation for patient visits.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Managing equipment logs and autoclave & sterilization of surgical equipment

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Being able to speak Cantonese is a requirement. Mandarin speaking as well is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills needed
- A fast learner with leadership skills
- Experience with Medaccess (Telus) is preferred. Experience with OSCAR is an asset
