**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items or specials.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests receive timely service.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and team members.
