**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Deliver exceptional service; greet and welcome guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Assist guests with any inquiries about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.

**Skills**
- Serving it Right certificate.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons.
- Experience in restaurant or pub environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour
