Business Systems Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a **Business Systems Analyst** to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operation of our **ERP and WMS platforms**, as well as a wide range of **integrations with third-party systems** including ecommerce platforms, warehouse automation tools, and API/EDI/SFTP-based partners.

You will be expected to collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements, improve workflows, and support data-driven process enhancements.

You will play a key role in maintaining our **legacy ERP/WMS environment** while also contributing to a **multi-phase ERP/WMS upgrade project** that will modernize our systems enterprise-wide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational support for the ERP (Infor SX.e) and WMS (TWL), including issue troubleshooting, system configuration, and user support.
- Participate in the planning, testing, and deployment of our ERP upgrade to Infor M3 and Infor WMS.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to map current processes, gather functional requirements, and propose system and data-driven improvements.
- Support integrations with third-party systems via APIs, EDI, cXML, or SFTP, ensuring data accuracy and flow between platforms.
- Lead data discovery and analysis efforts to uncover process inefficiencies, track KPIs, and support business decisions.
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, SOPs, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, IT) to prioritize and deliver solutions.
- Assist with user training, testing scenarios, and go-live readiness activities.
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Experience supporting ERP or WMS systems (any platform) in a business or technical capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to document workflows, gather requirements, and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Comfortable communicating with cross-functional stakeholders and presenting findings or recommendations.

**Assets**
- Familiarity with Infor platforms (SX.e, M3, TWL RF, WMS) is an asset but not required.
- Working knowledge of SQL for reporting, analysis, or troubleshooting.
- Understanding of system integration protocols (API, EDI, cXML, SFTP) is and asset.
- Experience in a distribution, supply chain, or ecommerce business environment.
