- Contribute to record management of both electronic and physical records.
- Load digital records from the Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA) to the Content Server library for official records.
- Scan paper records from the FLHA and load them into Content Server library.
- Index boxes of inactive records from the Parks records as directed by the Business Unit Records Coordinator.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a first year diploma or degree program in Library and Information Science or a related program.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook is required.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and the use of a personal vehicle.
- Intermediate proficiency in Open Text Content Server would be an asset.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to organize data either manually or digitally in a variety of structures.
- You are a demonstrated team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collect and analyze data and make recommendations.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
