**Seeking Event Staff for Upcoming Esports related events including social mixers, investor relations, and tournaments**

**This position is a front line staff position that will require you to interact with the public, provide information, and conduct sales or signups. A love of customer service, helping solve problems, and being innovative is imperative to success in this position. Events are not always the same and may change based on different themes, activities, and required promotions.**

**About the position**:
This is an active and physically demanding position, where the bulk of the work is done before, on the actual event, and after the event.
- As an Event Volunteer, you will be responsible for guiding attendees to specific areas of the event, serving food samples, conducting some sales
- Helping attendees with purchasing tickets, checking tickets at the gates or entrances, providing information about the event schedule, and helping referee matches.
- Help with unpacking and setting up equipment and preparing the marketing part area.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests and resolve any issues

**Requirements**:
Group Volunteer Sizes: vary from 2-3 volunteers.

Hours: Four to five hours of work on each event, morning, or evening opportunity.

Location: Midtown and Downtown Toronto.

Volunteer Qualification: Must be 19 years or older to volunteer (Events may take place in licensed venues)

**Please attach a very brief description on your previous experience in events and a little bit of your experience in Esports (if any - willing to train) Failure to do so will disqualify you from the pool.
