**Marketing Manager**
**Location: Etobicoke, Ontario**

**The Role**:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the company’s marketing, demand generation and communications strategy. This role is perfect for those that love events and the challenge of driving awareness and interest. This position requires grassroots marketing and demand generation experience alongside an entrepreneurial spirit. You must be able to use your resources to plan, delegate and collaborate to deliver best in class marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a fully integrated marketing and demand generation strategy.
- Build awareness of GWN and its key initiatives including events and services
- Develop and manage a proactive digital, social and grassroots strategy.
- Responsible for overseeing marketing collateral and asset development including design, production and printing
- Analyze and report on event marketing campaign results and provide recommendations with key stakeholders
- Develop and increase our industry profile promoting GWN’s full service event capabilities
- Engaging the GWN team to maximize performance; improving job-related knowledge, skills and capabilities
- Must be willing and able to travel to the United States. Travel includes some weekends throughout the summer.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in event marketing, branding and execution.
- Preferred experience with HubSpot or other marketing tool
- Community and/or sport related event experience.
- Grassroots, digital and social media marketing experience.
- Developing and implementing fully integrated marketing strategies.
- Self-starter, results oriented, well organized
- Creative, innovative, resourceful and results oriented

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
