**What is the Operations Manager - Who is it?**

**Responsibilities**:
- Leadership_
- Lead, coach, develop and motivate a team to meet and exceed service, efficiency and quality objectives according to standards and maintain a pleasant work environment in order to ensure employee satisfaction and limit turnover.
- Manage, organize and plan the daily activities of the teams to ensure efficient operations and quality deliverables.
- Performance Management and metrics_
- Track, monitor, and report on the results of the sales and marketing departments. Set priorities, and address performance gaps and opportunities.
- Customer Focus_
- Promote and manage a customer-centric team through call monitoring and mentoring of performance to meet established standards a.
- Responsible for continually investigating and providing new, innovative & value-added services that will improve, enhance or simplify the processes.
- Continuous Improvement_
- Under general direction, work with other departments to establish procedures, controls and quality standards and to design, develop and implement procedures for testing data flows and new product/service introductions. Document procedures and recommendations for all phases of product/service testing.
- Project Participation_
- Participate in special projects, representing Website Fulfillment.
- Assist in rollout, communications, processes, support and/or training surrounding improvement to or launch of products, processes and/or initiatives
**What do you need to be a Marketing Operations Manager?**
- Qualifications: _
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or equivalent.
- Background in digital marketing advertising or management.
- Strong understanding of website/digital technology.
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role supervising &/or managing large groups, preferably in a customer facing team.
- A passion for leadership, coaching and mentoring
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve workflow within a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to interpret and report statistical data to manage resources effectively.
- An understanding of website/digital media trends
- Flexibility in working with a virtual team
- Strong planning, execution and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Notes).

- Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
- Strong planning, organization, time-management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
**You’ll need the following background**:
- Experience in integration of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience in editing website content & integrating with other marketing systems (Wordpress).
- Passion for data intelligence and digital marketing.
- Patience and passion for data analytics and spreadsheets.
- Marketing or Digital / Data related degree or 2+ years experience.
- Fluent in English.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
