**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned condominium corporations.
- Act as the primary liaison between boards, residents, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor operating budgets in collaboration with boards.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, applicable regulations, and governing documents.
- Organize and attend board meetings, annual general meetings, and special meetings.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and board inquiries.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Valid **General License** from CMRAO in Ontario
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in condominium property management.
- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act and related regulations.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Condo Control, Buildium).
- Ability to work flexible hours to attend evening board meetings.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scarborough, ON M1S 3A7
