Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial retail sales.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
