**Job Summary**
Growing Espresso Machine Distribution company is looking for an Office/Administration Manager with very good telephone manners and customer service skills in a small office of 14 employees.
Duties Include:
- Assisting the operations manager
- Prepare and schedule shipment
- Prepare parts and accessories order
- Answer telephone and handle inquiries
- Production of invoices and estimates for purchases using Quickbooks Desktop System.
- Daily handling of retail customers who comes to drop off machines for repairs and purchase supplies and accessories.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous for managing financial records.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and computerized systems efficiently.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
