**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage the provisioning and deprovisioning of **Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)**, ensuring proper assignment to **Citrix Delivery Groups**.
- Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and respond to operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide ongoing support for **Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop** platforms, including **Citrix Delivery Services, PVS, MCS, ICA/HDX protocols, Session Reliability, and StoreFront**.
- Assist with the administration of **Nutanix AOS and AHV** hyperconverged infrastructure solutions.
- Prioritize and address escalated service tickets, collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to drive resolutions.
- Work closely with senior infrastructure specialists to enhance system operations and participate in improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update technical documentation within knowledge management systems.
- Support **change management** activities, following established procedures to minimize system impact.
- Provide consistent communication updates to **Client Service Leads** regarding incidents, planned maintenance, and system changes.
- Travel locally to **Data Centers** to support hardware installations and infrastructure upgrades as required.

**Qualifications**
- **2+ years of experience** in system administration, IT infrastructure support, or a related technical operations role.
- Hands-on experience supporting **Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop** solutions.
- Familiarity with **Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (AOS and AHV)**.
- Exposure to virtualization environments (**Citrix, Nutanix, VMware, or similar platforms**).
- Strong **analytical, troubleshooting, and incident response** skills.
- Clear, professional **communication abilities**, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working within a **collaborative team structure**.
- **Post-secondary education** in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred)**.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
