At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Fulfillment Teams play an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing team to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Your daily tasks will include:
Operating our state-of-the-art printers using DTG technology (a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way)- Making sure that all equipment is properly maintained, set up correctly, running efficiently, and producing a quality product- Maintaining all auxiliary equipment needed to operate your workstation- Performing quality checks on all items you print and keeping defects at a minimum- Solving basic mechanical or software problems when machines aren’t working correctly- Reaching daily production goals set by your team lead- Performing other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:
High school diploma or GED equivalent- 1-2 years of relevant work experience- An understanding of technical printing

In this role, we’ll expect you to:
Work well as part of a team- Multi-task and manage your time efficiently- Think critically when solving problems- Prioritize quality in all your tasks- Have an eye for detail- Follow instructions, schedules, and procedures- Be punctual, reliable, and accountable- Be good at working with your hands- Learn quickly and work with a sense of urgency- Be on your feet for most of your shift
