If you are looking to join a team with career advancement opportunity, apply todayAdvantages- Pay Rate: $19-23/hr- Location: North York, ON- Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift- Immediate start dates available- Weekly pay scheduleResponsibilities- Precision Embroidery: Execute high-accuracy zig-zag stitching on athletic jerseys using Juki industrial machinery, ensuring zero-defect production on all lettering and numbering.- High-Volume Output: Maintain peak productivity in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet or exceed daily departmental goals.- Collaborative Execution: Adhere strictly to supervisory directives and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow integration.- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous self-inspections of all finished pieces to guarantee every garment meets premium quality standards.- Safety & Maintenance: Uphold rigorous workplace safety protocols and perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience with industrial sewing machines- Experience with the Juki zig-zag machine is an asset- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.- A strong focus on precision and a great eye for detail.- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.- The ability to follow instructions carefully.SummaryWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
