**Job Category #1**:Task Planning
- Weekly Planning:

- Plan and prioritize tasks weekly. Add tasks to my monthly calendar on Notion to monitor the progress of tasks, meet the deadlines, and cross them off when completed.
- Team Communication:

- Detailed communications with the team members for product inventory management and manufacturing schedule. Brainstorm and exchange ideas with the production team regarding ideas to simplify tasks for time saving and improve packaging routine to satisfy the customers.
- Weekly Meeting:

- Lead team meetings to share updates, inform the weekly plans, report any mistakes or issues that occured. Discuss in detail for specific tasks and the task methods, analyze SOPs.
- Housekeeping Support:

- Assist Wednesday cleaning such as vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning kitchen area, emptying out the fridge and taking trash out to upkeep of office safety and cleanliness.

**Job Category #2**:Order Fulfillment
- Packing Station Management:

- Maintain the packing station clean and organized. Input any changes and new details to the SOP for order fulfillment as needed, communicate with the production team regarding any changes to order packaging method. Monitor and control stock inventory for packaging materials, production-related materials and ingredients and samples.
- Internal Staff Training
- Give training to new employees on comprehensive order fulfillment and its process in the correct manner for four consecutive days. After the training, pack with them for four days, then shadow them packing orders alone for the first time.

Add any new and useful information and tips to the SOP to help employees optimize the time and effort for packing orders.
- Working with Canada Post:

- Manage any issues regarding missing orders or tracking numbers or incompleted labels. Contact Canada Post for any general inquiries or customer related issues.
- Creating Memos:

- Memo creation and distribution for easy communication with each other. In the memos, make sure every staff member fully understands the list of weekly tasks to be completed, the importance of keeping the cabinets stocked up at all times and planning ahead to prepare for days with big numbers of orders. Inform them about keeping inventory organized to help us all as a team when it comes to monthly stock count.

**Job Category #3**:Product Development
- Manufacturing:

- Learn new manufacturing technology/methods to help assist and/or take over tasks when necessary. (i.e. new and old technology, editing and experimenting with recipes).
- Training:

- Give manufacturing-specific training for new products and current products.

Similar to packing, make the same products 3-4 times in a week with new employees. Dive into details with SOP and explain our specific manufacturing procedures and the reasons behind them. Training them to use certain technologies such as the labeling machine, the tincture machine and the laser printer.
- Staff Support:

- When a limited number of staff, offer support for any manufacturing tasks. Help them prioritize tasks, prepare recipes for staff to complete and give them a head start so that they can finish the manufacturing process on time.
- Product Logs:

- Collect product logs when tasks are completed. Double count products and sign off the count before putting it away in the box and into inventory. Lastly, add these numbers to the site and inventory.

**Skills**:

- Standard Operating Procedures Maintenance: Monitor and update SOPs.
- Organizing Skills: Organize the facility to help staff complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Communication Skills: Communicate and share the important information (from other departments) with the production team. Inform the packing team for any news and updates (i.e. sales promotion, new add-ons regarding packaging etc.) for better preparation.
- Researching Skills: Research new products and ingredients (i.e. essential oils)
- Multitasking skills: Must have the ability to multitask in a high paced working environment
- Heavy lifting skills: Required to manually lift 25lbs or more regularly
- Motivation and Reliability: Stay motivated and reliable to work as part of a team
- Punctuality: Always be punctual and ready to work at starting time
- Mathamatical skills required

**Salary**: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
