Production Manager - Full Time based in Burnaby
**We are seeking motivated, organized and creative person to join the full-time team as Production Manager to lead a growing department and be a pivotal influence for an aspirational brand.**

Can you?
- Recruit, train, and manage a staff of up to 15 production techs, including Shop Foreman and Maintenance Specialist;
- Work on a monthly production targets based on agreed upon production budgets;
- Maintain a production schedule to deliver quality, ontime jobs to customers;
- Work with Senior Management to implement our new “Shop 5.0”;
- Manage Quality with the goal of “Zero defect”;
- Manage standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility;
- Other duties as required
Will you?
- Work both collaboratively and independently to hit monthly production targets;
- Hire, train, manage and motivate an excellent team of longterm production techs;
- Understand how modern screen to machine and automated manufacturing technology work;
- Interact effectively with seasoned senior managers, and other team members;
Are you?
- 35 years in a production manager or similar role in the custom wood manufacturing industry;
- Postsecondary degree educated in an industrial engineering or related;
- Welldeveloped leadership skills;
- Excellent in written and interpersonal skills;
- Experienced in implementing projects, similar in scope to our Shop 5.0 initiative
- Highly computer literate, including MS office, CAD, and our proprietary ERP software
