**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage the facilities team, ensuring high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and low voltage systems.
- Utilize CMMS to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and maintain accurate records of facility operations.
- Oversee facility projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards within the facilities.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in maintenance procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Proven leadership experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
