JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Mailroom & Facilities Support Specialist to join a large agricultural company in Calgary, Alberta, on a part-time, on-site basis. This role is essential for ensuring smooth mailroom operations, courier handling, and supporting facilities management tasks. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages, including deliveries.
  • Prepare customs documentation when required.
  • Set up requisitions, process invoices, and arrange for timely payment.
  • Maintain and coordinate maintenance of mailroom equipment (scale, postage machine, mail scanner).
  • Provide reception coverage when needed.
  • Assist with facilities management tasks such as replenishing supplies, meeting room and event setup.
  • Support catering and other deliveries to the site.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management team for miscellaneous tasks as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a task-based team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Experience of mailroom and courier experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Availability to work 25 hours per week, on-site, Monday to Friday (mid-morning to mid-afternoon).
