JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Mailroom & Facilities Support Specialist to join a large agricultural company in Calgary, Alberta, on a part-time, on-site basis. This role is essential for ensuring smooth mailroom operations, courier handling, and supporting facilities management tasks. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages, including deliveries.
- Prepare customs documentation when required.
- Set up requisitions, process invoices, and arrange for timely payment.
- Maintain and coordinate maintenance of mailroom equipment (scale, postage machine, mail scanner).
- Provide reception coverage when needed.
- Assist with facilities management tasks such as replenishing supplies, meeting room and event setup.
- Support catering and other deliveries to the site.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team for miscellaneous tasks as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a task-based team environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Experience of mailroom and courier experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- High School Diploma.
- Availability to work 25 hours per week, on-site, Monday to Friday (mid-morning to mid-afternoon).
