**Job Overview**
As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for brides-to-be as they select their dream wedding attire. Your expertise in customer service, product knowledge, and sales will help guide clients through the selection process, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their choices. This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the bridal industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns and accessories that align with their vision.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various bridal attire.
- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance the overall bridal experience.
- Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Utilize technology for inventory management and customer relationship management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the bridal or fashion industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple clients and appointments efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with technology sales tools and inventory management systems is advantageous.
- A passion for weddings and an understanding of current bridal trends is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client appointments.

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
