We won the best jewellery store for Calgary three years in a row and believe in providing exceptional customer service and developing long-lasting relationships with clients. The Sales Professional will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional who is responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships and working efficiently with the team.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a full-time and part-time experienced Sales Professional to join the team at our retail locations. This position includes:

- Commission-based compensation plan
- Competitive wages

- Discounts on designer lines and reward programs

Previous sales experience is required and we offer training on jewellery lines and products. This position has the opportunity to grow into a senior sales position with a career path toward management. Join our retail store for flexible hours and a friendly team environment

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Creating and maintaining client relationships
- Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming products
- Make personalized recommendations that meet the client’s needs
- Completes all tasks correctly and on time and follows company policies and procedures.
- Reflects the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrates a passion for the brand.
- Observes security procedures.
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience;
- Team player
- Proactive and positive energy
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Good organization and learning skills

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
