**Role Description**

This is a Part-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Delta, BC with the potential of Full-time availability in the future. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, managing office equipment, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining records, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth functionality of office procedures. Collaboration with team members and efficiently managing tasks are critical aspects of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and support insurance claim submissions
- Perform daily administrative duties, including faxing, filing, data entry, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate with practitioners to maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Provide information on clinic services and answer patient questions
- Keep reception and clinic areas tidy, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with light laundry duties and opening/closing procedures

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in a **receptionist or front desk role** (healthcare setting preferred)
- **Proficiency with Jane App** (required)
- **Knowledge of direct billing** (ICBC, WCB, and extended health insurers)
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — in English
- Professional, compassionate, and approachable demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Familiarity with **Chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy services** is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
