Administrative Services Chief

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
1. Develop and enforce organizational policies related to office management, procurement, and other administrative functions.
2.Prepare and monitor budgets for administrative services, ensuring that expenditure aligns with organizational goals and the projects.
3.Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs efficiently
4.Track expenses and find ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency within administrative operations and the running projects.
5. Develop and enforce organizational policies related to office management, procurement, and other administrative functions.
6.Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies across all administrative areas.
7.Manage special administrative projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
8.Implement workflow improvements, such as using ERP systems (buildertrend) and other software tools, to enhance operational efficiency.
9.Serve as the key point of contact between administrative staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
10.Report to senior management on the performance and needs of the administrative team, offering recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with administrative and office management software (such as ERP systems, project management tools).
- Knowledge of facility management and health and safety regulations.
- Master’s in business administration
- Bachelor Degree in MIS or any related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Working with an international consulting firm will be an asset.
- Arabic language will be an asset.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
