**An overview of your future role at BBA**
- Create purchase orders in the accounting software and send them to suppliers.
- Ensure the firm’s various projects and expense categories are properly charged.
- Monitor costs and the budget for some of the firm’s projects.
- Reconcile and enter transactions paid using the corporate procurement credit cards.
- Help implement the new ERP system for the procurement process.
- Review prices granted to BBA by certain suppliers annually.
- Process consultant invoices from our various entities, reconcile with time sheets and ensure approval.
- Verify and process expense reports.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests regarding accounts payable and expense reports.

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- College diploma or diploma of vocational studies in Accounting
- Five to eight years of experience as an accounting technician or accounts payable technician
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel
- Asset: knowledge of an ERP, like Microsoft Dynamics AX or Deltek Maconomy
- Asset: Experience in procurement
- Asset: Experience in a project-based organization with various legal entities and currencies
