SCHEDULING: - Manage all client appointments - Manage CPWB online booking CRM, BOOKER, optimizing appointments for maximum store profitability - Manage all reception staff schedules and shift changes, ensuring coverage at all times - Manage and resolve all customer satisfaction issues in a professional, courteous, and timely manner - Ensure product displays and cleanliness of the reception desk/area is maintained at all times. ADMINISTRATION: The Salon Coordinator will provide administrative support as required per location. - Manage weekly tips distribution - Prepare monthly accounting package - Prepare monthly marketing report - Manage team recognition communication SALON CLEANLINESS STANDARDS: The Salon Coordinator is responsible for impeccable salon cleanliness and maintenance at all times. - Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the salon, including but not limited to treatment rooms, inventory rooms, staff rooms, bathrooms, hallways, reception areas, and front and back entrances (a detailed check list will be provided) - Ensure cleaning, housekeeping, and office supplies are stocked at all times INVENTORY AND ORDERING: The Salon Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and ordering all CPWB products to ensure smooth delivery of services. - Manage all CPWB supply inventory, including performing weekly inventory counts, creating purchase orders for items with low stock, and ordering product through individual vendors. EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT: Ensure employee retention through a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. - Manage and execute all CPWB opening, closing, cleaning, and maintenance procedures daily. - Exhibit superior leadership and provide constructive, professional coaching to staff members. - Manage all staff absences and sick days, including acting as the main liaison for sourcing coverage. OTHER: Under the direction of the Owner, the Salon Coordinator will also perform/complete other additional projects, duties, assignments, and tasks as required and/or by request with a positive attitude.
