**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using salon management software.
- Provide product demonstrations and assist clients with product selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail areas.
- Assist in merchandising products to enhance sales opportunities.
- Upsell services and products to clients based on their needs.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.
- Collaborate with stylists to ensure seamless communication regarding appointments and client preferences.
- Help plan and run events, promos and sales.
- Take bookings for salon rental space.
- Create salon policies to streamline day to day operations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is beneficial but not required. Join us as a Salon Coordinator where your contributions will help create an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the growth of our salon

We are more then willing to train anyone who shows drive and an eagerness to learn.

Pay: $16.54-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.00 - 40 per week
