Salon Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as they enter the salon
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Assist stylists and technicians with salon services as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Process payments and handle cashiering duties
- Promote salon products and services to clients
- Conduct product demos and provide recommendations based on client needs
- Manage inventory of salon supplies and products
- Assist with retail sales and upselling opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong sales skills with experience in retail an asset
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, stylists, and technicians
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cashiering duties
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Salary**: $16.75-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
