Position Overview:
The Account Representative will provide Account Management support to assigned customers within the area, managing their accounts remotely via multi-channel communication.

**What you'll do**:

- Process orders, quote requests, and schedule deliveries.
- Proactively call and service key accounts and potential customers by identifying customer needs and opportunities for growth
- Communicate marketing incentives to engage/reengage customers within your book of business
- Build and maintain customer and quote data in CRM (Salesforce)
- Identify, bid, track, and report on all quotes, in conjunction with Sales Support Team, until the quotes are closed
- Act as a conduit between the customer and their local branch(es)

Skills We Are Seeking:

- 2-3 years of selling experience preferred. Selling experience in the landscape/nursery/horticultural industry a plus.
- Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
